Lighthouse Plus is a modular festival app designed to bring communication, navigation and a complex live program into one simple digital experience. Built for LIGHTHOUSE Festival, the product was developed from the beginning as a scalable system that can be adapted and licensed to other events.

Creative Concept
The main challenge was simplicity. More than 120 artists, 12 stages, live updates and constantly changing information had to remain intuitive at any moment. The entire UX was designed around clear hierarchy, custom iconography and a coordinated color system, while maintaining a distinct visual identity throughout the product.

Execution
The app combines a live communication feed, program overview, dynamic timetable, festival information and a fully custom GPS based Mapbox experience. Every visual element, from stage colors and icons to topographic map details and animated markers, was individually designed. A dynamic Gantt based timetable adapts to the current day and time, helping users instantly understand what is happening and where.
